Hiring Immediately - Most top tier roofing sales reps have no prior experience in the industry. You will be surrounded by elite mentors and coworkers who routinely earn business at a high level. The Role:
We are hiring immediately for full-time Sales Representatives who are passionate about helping customers find the best solutions for their home improvement needs. We will equip you with in-depth training on our wide range of products and teach you the skills necessary to excel in sales, including negotiation, communication, and leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to customers on our high-quality roofing and remodeling products
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your skills and grow within the company
- Build relationships and mentor team members to foster a supportive team environment

Compensation:
- $6,000 Sign-on Bonus*
- Base salary with uncapped commission potential and bonuses
- Average earning potential of $80,000 - $120,000 annually
